You've studied enough. Time to speak.

The framework that gets you speaking confidently, without the mental translation.

With a background in military aircraft engineering, experience in aerospace academia, and over 13,000 hours of teaching, I’ve developed a practical framework that moves you past textbook rules and into real-world fluency.

Work

My Method: The Mechanics of Fluency
Stop translating in your head. Start speaking naturally.
My coaching isn't a 'one size fits all' textbook course. It is a flexible framework forged in high pressure environments, from military flight lines to aerospace lecture halls. In those worlds, clear, precise communication is a requirement, not an option.I don't just teach you words; I teach you the mechanics of how English actually works so you can use it as a reliable tool. Why Workshops? Connection Over ClassroomsI prioritise Group Workshops because my eight years in the British Military taught me that the fastest growth happens through camaraderie, support, and accountability.Real-World Immersion: We bypass boring grammar drills to focus on authentic conversation and real-world scenarios.Adaptive Learning: My experience in aerospace academia, sales, and personal ventures allows me to adapt every session to your industry, whether you need technical precision or normal conversation.A Solution-Focused Mindset: I think like an engineer and business owner. Whatever's tripping you up isn't a sign to stop: it's a solvable problem, and getting past it is an opportunity to level upThe ResultYou'll stop overthinking and start communicating with the impact and confidence needed for high-stakes meetings, negotiations, and everyday life.

About

I come from a blended family with roots across the globe, from Jamaica, England and Wales to America, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Belgium and Germany.Growing up, I didn't always value traditional education, but I chose to honour my mother's wishes and achieved what she asked out of respect for her efforts. My route into engineering was a lesson in total commitment, the kind of move my mother might call rebellious or risky if you asked her. But my dad's proud smile when it was all approved said something different, and with hindsight I can see that now. At 17, I needed my mother's signature to join the military. She agreed, on one condition: she chose the career path. I left the decision entirely to her, which was the only option really, since compromise doesn't exist in her dictionary. She chose Aircraft Engineer and Pilot.I stuck it out for eight years, partly to pay off my mortgage, but mostly to confirm if my fears were true. I was always more interested in people than machines. I wanted to apply that same precision to human potential and communication instead of aircraft. I needed a path that didn't box me in, one with unlimited upside for growth where I could truly share my energy with others.I eventually relocated to France, and despite the challenge of starting over, I fell in love with the life I built here. While establishing myself, I moved into education, earning a Level 5 teaching diploma and a Business English certification. I now see education as a superpower disguised as a skill, one that will help the next generation solve the problems of the future. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me educating myself in business, economics, property and investing. I've travelled to 60+ countries and lived in 6, with France winning my heart in the end. I don't have as much time for sport as I'd like, but whether it's rugby, weightlifting, athletics or football, I do make an effort. My 13000+ hours of teaching are backed by the precision of an engineer and the grit of a veteran, all aimed at one thing: helping you find your own voice in English

Get Started

I love meeting audacious learners, hearing feedback and collaborating with interesting people. If you have a question or a project in mind, please do drop me a line at [email protected]. I'd love to hear from you. Please note: my schedule for both private 1:1 coaching and paid group sessions is currently at full capacity. I intentionally don't use waiting lists, to keep things straightforward and open to everyone, on a first come, first served basis. I try to hold free workshops for groups when possible, as a fun way for learners to build connections with each other while sharpening their skills. They're the best way to experience my framework and start speaking naturally.
